Deleting your Coverly account
You can delete your account and associated data at any time, at no cost and without needing to talk to a support agent.
In the app
- 01Open the Coverly app and sign in to your account.
- 02Go to Profile and then Account Settings.
- 03Tap Delete account and confirm the action.
By email
If you can't access the app, send a request to contato@lnstudiotech.com with the subject "Account deletion — Coverly", using the same email address you registered with. We confirm the deletion within 15 days.
What gets deleted
- • Registration data: name, email and access credentials.
- • Schedules, shifts, swaps and notes recorded by you.
- • App preferences and settings.
Records that the law requires us to keep, such as minimal access logs, are retained for the legal period and then deleted. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
