Personal data processed within Coverly is the responsibility of LN Studio Tech, operated under the legal name 62.127.670 LUCAS NUNES, CNPJ 62.127.670/0001-20, Municipal registration 1.938.680-0, located at R. Davi Banderali, 417, Bloco 9, Apto 41 — Conjunto Habitacional, São Paulo/SP, CEP 03591-010, Brazil.

2. Data we collect

• Registration data: name, email, and encrypted password, provided by the user.
• App usage data: shifts, schedules, swaps, and notes that the user records.
• Technical data: minimal operational information, such as app version and error logs, used to fix issues.

We do not collect patient data, medical records, clinical information, precise location, contacts, photos, or banking data.

3. What we use the data for

• Enabling account access and the operation of shift schedules.
• Sending notices related to use of the app itself.
• Identifying and fixing technical issues.
• Handling support requests.

We do not sell, rent, or transfer personal data. We do not use data for advertising or marketing profiles.

4. Legal basis

Processing is carried out based on the performance of the app's terms of use contract, the user's consent, and compliance with legal obligations, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei 13.709/2018, LGPD).

5. Sharing

Data may be processed by cloud infrastructure providers engaged exclusively to host and operate the service, always under confidentiality obligations. We may also share data when required by a competent authority.

6. Storage and security

Data is stored on servers with restricted access, encrypted transmission, and authentication controls. We retain data for as long as the account remains active.

7. User rights

Users may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, portability, anonymization, withdrawal of consent, and deletion of their data. Requests are handled within 15 days via the email contato@lnstudiotech.com or through the account deletion page.

8. Children and teenagers

Coverly is intended for healthcare professionals over the age of 18 and is not directed at children.

Material changes will be communicated on this page and, when necessary, within the app.
