How do I create a Coverly account?

The account is created right in the app, with an email and password. No invitation or prior sign-up on another system is needed.

Is the app free?

Sign-up and the use of shift-organization features are free. Any paid feature will be clearly disclosed within the app before purchase.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, use the password recovery option and follow the instructions sent to your registered email.

How do I delete my account and my data?

Deletion can be requested on this site's account deletion page or by emailing our privacy address.

How long does it take you to respond?

We respond to support requests within 2 business days.
